Refund Policy

By booking with us you are agreeing to attend on the date and time selected within the checkout. Reservations for your visit are non refundable due to limited numbers.



If you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to another party or request a new date - this must be arranged - 48 hours prior to the date booked. This must be requested by email prior to the visit as we would require to update records should track and trace be necessary.

If the park has to close for any reason all tickets for the dates within this period will be refunded in full. At this point in time it is not possible to rearrange dates for season passes or Groupon/Itison. Any lapsed (unused) voucher that expired over the lock down period will be extended until end October.
